About Dr. Boardman

I was first introduced to chiropractic care at the age of 10. Throughout high school I was very active in sports, particularly soccer and baseball. As I became more involved in athletics I noticed that when I got adjusted, not only did I perform better in games and competitions, but I also recovered much faster from the muscle soreness.

While playing college baseball, I met the shortstops’ father, who was a Chiropractor. He taught me specifically how the nervous system controls and affects every function of the body, and if the spine or other bones are out of alignment (subluxated), this can have a profound effect on the body. Eventually the shortstop and I went on to Life Chiropractic College West together.

Since graduating from Life Chiropractic College West in 1998, I have had the pleasure of practicing in Arizona. Prior to Chiropractic college, I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from California State University, Chico. I continue to further my education and stay current with treatment changes and recommendations, via ongoing post-graduate coursework.

I am one of a few practitioners specifically trained in the medical procedure known as Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression, and we are the only clinic in the valley to utilize the FDA Cleared Z-Grav Tables to perform this treatment. In doing so, I am particularly dedicated to treating those suffering from chronic or severe neck/low back pain due to cervical/lumbar disc herniations, bulges, degeneration, sciatica, stenosis, and facet arthrosis.

My wife and I have six wonderful children and are very busy as you may expect. Outside the clinic I enjoy coaching soccer, playing with the kids, fishing and hunting. My son and I can also often be found refereeing US soccer (club) events around the valley and state.

I look forward to meeting you and your family!
